BeneFIT Hot Yoga
BeneFIT Hot Yoga is a 26-pose series class that combines movement and breath bringing the mind and body into harmony. We will incorporate strength, balance, and core. BeneFIT Hot yoga will be offered in room at 94* and 40% humidity .

-Yoga can ease arthritis symptoms.

BeneFIT Yoga (Restorative, Wall, and Core)
BeneFIT Yoga offers several restorative, wall and core yoga classes. Our restorative class is slow moving, deep stretches, with holds up to 3 minutes. Our wall yoga class incorporates slow flow movements with deep stretches using the wall to deepen the stretch. Our core yoga class focuses on core strength through balancing yoga postures and core strengthening postures. All of our yoga classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, while also promoting mental focus and stress reduction.
BeneFIT LIFT30
LIFT30 is a 30 minutes full body weightlifting class. We incorporate supersets for an efficient workout. 3 circuits, 4 exercises (2 lower body, 2 upper body), 3 sets each superset.
This workout is great for the busy person wanting to incorporate heavier weights into their fitness routine.
BeneFIT Barre
Barre fuses the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

BeneFIT QUICKBURN 40
QuickBurn40 is a quick 40 minute full body interval training with a 5 minute warn up and a 5 minute cool down. A quick, effective workout for the busy person needing to incorporate strength training and cardio.
