BeneFIT Yoga
BeneFIT Yoga combines movement and breath that brings the mind and body into harmony. We will incorporate strength, balance, and core. BeneFIT yoga will be offered in HOT and Regular Room Temp classes with a 26-pose series class that incorporates strength and flexibility.

How It Works:
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

BeneFIT QUICKBURN 40
QuickBurn40 is a quick 40 minute full body interval training with a 5 minute warn up and a 5 minute cool down. A quick, effective workout for the busy person needing to incorporate strength training and cardio.
